Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in SuperElectric or any Interactive Foundry AG service, please email security@superelectric.app. Where possible, include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any details that help us investigate.

What to expect

We will acknowledge your report, investigate, and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before public disclosure, and that you avoid accessing or modifying other parties' data, degrading our services, or violating applicable law during your research. We are happy to credit researchers who report valid issues.
